Component Mechanisms

  • GHK-Cu: modulates 31.2% of human genes; copper peptide levels decline from 200 ng/ml at age 20 to 80 ng/ml at age 60; toxic dose approximately 22,500mg.
  • BPC-157: growth hormone receptor upregulation and VEGF stimulation; Phase I trials completed; 7-fold GH receptor expression; interstitial cystitis pilot showed complete resolution in 10 of 12 participants.
  • TB-500: actin regulation and angiogenesis promotion; actin-binding sequence LKKTETQ; preclinical.
  • KPV: NFκB pathway inhibition; active at nanomolar concentrations; animal studies.
03

Standard Dosing

  • Reconstitute with 3mL bacteriostatic water in the 80mg vial.
  • Inject 0.1mL (10 units) subcutaneously daily.
  • 30 consecutive days per cycle.
  • At least 15 days rest between cycles.
  • Best taken in the evening.
  • Refrigerate after mixing.
04

Research Stage

Human clinical data remains limited.

Component-level research varies: GHK-Cu has 40+ years of study, BPC-157 has completed Phase I trials, TB-500 remains preclinical, and KPV is supported by animal research.
